Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed, great value for money, recommend to others, close to metro and attractions.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to all major tourist attractions within a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. The Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station is a stone's throw away, offering convenient transportation to Disneyland as well. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel enjoys a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy the stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe from their windows. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with facilities such as a fridge and coffee maker. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious pastries.

One minor drawback is that noise from the hallway can sometimes be heard in the rooms, which might inconvenience light sleepers.

One specific situation that happened was the unstable WiFi connection.

The hotel is located near the Arc de Triomphe, making it convenient for exploring the city's famous landmarks. The staff at this hotel were very great, going above and beyond to make our stay cute and assisting us with any questions or requests we had. We were actually surprised by the breakfast buffet, really nice and included delicious coffee. The location of the hotel in a quiet area ensured a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! It was so close to all the main attractions, which made it easy for me to see everything on my list. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist me. I also loved the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and taxi service – it really made my stay so much more comfortable. The room amenities were also a nice touch with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, in-room safe.

While the room was a bit small, it wasn't a big deal because that's normal for this venue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends – it exceeded all my expectations and provided exceptional service and comfort.
